Resource Development Consult was established in February 2005 as a Learning and Development organization; to provide premium international education and career support to people seeking high quality education and learning programs, work opportunities and migration abroad.


Learning Program

We started our first learning program in 2007 with the introduction of high quality training for the following International examinations:  IELTS, Life Skills, CELPIP, TOEFL, SAT, GRE & GMAT.  

Since then, we have achieved a remarkable record of training over 5500 students for the IELTS exam alone with most of the candidates achieving over 80% pass in the exams.  


Agent & Education Partner

In 2015, we commenced international student recruitment programs for students seeking affordable, high quality education into secondary schools, colleges and universities for high school, undergraduate and post-graduate levels of education in Canadian schools.  Today, we serve as Agent & Education Partner to several colleges and universities in Canada, the United States of America and the Netherlands.

We also through our global partner – Apply Board Inc., recruit students to study in many countries including the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Songo started his career as Business Development Officer over a decade ago, working with individuals and organizations in educational and business sectors.  He has extensive experience in learning, development, career counselling and employee and organizational administration. He also works with several international organizations in Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany and Australia as recruiter, partner and education agent.

He is passionate about learning, career development and talent management and has assisted hundreds of people from diverse educational backgrounds in transiting to the right programs, pathways and jobs, leading to successful careers. As a business analyst and productivity expert he has a passion for helping startups build pet projects.
 
He had his undergraduate studies in Corporate Finance & Administration and Postgraduate education in Business Management. A British council agent and member of several professional organizations including the Chartered Institute of Administration, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Management and Society for Human Resources Management (USA), he strongly promotes professionalism in the workplace. He is a Certified Management Consultant and Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and Centre for Public Service Productivity and Development

Business Support Manager

Mary oversees the day to day business operations of the company. She has long years of experience in staff administration and employee engagement. She is a good team player, human resource leader and passionate about promoting best practices and ethics in the workplace.

She is a graduate of public administration from the Premier Polytechnic -The Polytechnic Ibadan, Nigeria and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. certificate in Human Resource Management from Obafemi Awolowo University. She has attended several leadership summits and seminars including executive basic leadership course at Daystar Leadership Academy and leadership and ethical practice of Human Resource Managers in today’s workplace conducted is by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria.
